Originally from Argentina, Santiago entered the business world in 2009 as a trainee accountant
at KPMG. In 2011 he qualified as Chartered Accountant and decided to leave the auditing
profession and enter the commercial world by joining RAM in early 2012.
Santiago spent a few years in the finance department where he, in conjunction with the relevant
department heads, designed and implemented a series of projects which have over the years
extracted significant value to RAM’s greater operation.
In late 2015 he was seconded to work ever more closely with the IT department to assist in
designing and implementing RAM’s bespoke handheld solution in an attempt to extract further
efficiencies and improve customer service. Underpinned by deep data analytics, RAM was able
to successfully extract efficiencies in multiple departments and across multiple disciplines.
In 2017 Santiago was promoted to oversee the national operations and has been responsible
for the national KPI’s ever since. Today, Santiago’s focus is one more of enabling growth and
identifying potential opportunities in an ever-changing landscape against a challenging
economic and political backdrop
